7. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are not issued in cash. Approved refunds are provided through store credit or alternative methods determined by The Sparkles.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

The Sparkles is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier, and resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
